Juliette Oliva is co-founder and Creative Director of Pixelstrike Creative, a design agency she launched in 2015 that specializes in branding, graphic design, UX design, marketing, website design, and website development. Her knack for empathetic design has landed her on Expertise.com’s Richmond Top 15 Best lists as Best Graphic Designer, Best Web Designer, and Best Web Developer for six consecutive years, including 2025—a testament to her 20+ years of experience and deep intuitive knowledge.
When she’s not busy making brands look fabulous, Juliette rocks her role as co-lead of The Ladies That UX Richmond chapter and serves on the board of Backpacks of Love, fighting food insecurity among children in central Virginia—because great design & UX should make the world a better place, not just a prettier one.
Juliette’s creative obsessions don’t stop at client work. She’s a baking enthusiast who treats her kitchen like a laboratory for delicious experiments, whipping up everything from chocolate sourdough to cakes and pastries. When she’s not elbow-deep in flour, you’ll find her power-walking Richmond’s trails with Oscar, her eight-year-old adventure buddy who’s convinced that every walk should be an epic journey.


Louise Strickland has been driving marketing strategy at Pixelstrike Creative since 2017, bringing her diverse creative background and strategic mindset to help clients tell their stories in compelling ways. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of content strategy—from website development and user experience to email campaigns and comprehensive brand messaging that connects with audiences.
A natural strategist and project management afficionado, Louise seamlessly coordinates between creative teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations. She earned Young Professional of the Year in 2024 from the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce and received recognition from the governor, reflecting her commitment to excellence and client success.
When she’s not developing content strategies or managing complex creative projects, Louise is plotting her next international adventure. With 15 countries already under her belt and dreams of exploring all 195, she brings the same ambitious, globally-minded approach to every marketing challenge. Her passion for discovering new cultures and experiences translates into fresh perspectives that help brands stand out in crowded markets.
