Juliette Oliva, partner and Creative Director of Pixelstrike Creative, combines her love of empathetic design with tactical know-how to help steer our ship. As Creative Director, Juliette has been the mastermind behind many of our print & web designs, even dabbling in animations, tattoo design, and comic strips. Juliette is also an animal whisperer. Not only has she given a comfy home to many dogs and cats, but we also once saw her catch a fly right out of the air!
Louise Strickland joins the team with a creative background in many different industries. As our Chief Strategist, she works directly with clients to develop creative ways to tell their story. Louise is our wordsmith — from content writing to email campaigns, you’ll find her branded language throughout our recent work. In her spare time, Louise loves to travel. She’s currently working her way through all 195 countries in the world — only 185 to go!
Joseph Baker, partner and Operations Director, is the tech-savviest member of the team. Our resident geek loves telling stories through code; taking designs and content and turning them into digital reality. Joe is a consummate learner who is always expanding his knowledge through an extensive book collection. On the weekends, Joe can be found diligently attending his BBQ smoker, and if you’re lucky, he may even let you try some of his delicious creations.
Mike Oberdick comes to the team with a bit of a different background. Middle school teacher by day/code ninja by night, Mike is a self-taught WordPress guru, web developer, and early adopter of all things Google and techie. His work behind the scenes involves building out our custom web solutions. In his “free” time, Mike chases after his four kids and reminisces about his days as a hip-hop dj in downtown New Haven, CT. Aside from computer programming, Mike is passionate about his New York sports teams, occasional jogs with the dog, and anything with bacon.
Kelly McLeod, Sales Associate, is a problem solver who enjoys helping people and translating customer needs into creative solutions. She is always happy to answer questions and provide guidance based on her years of experience in the field of art and graphic design. When she isn’t focused on visual media, she is most likely diving into the culinary arts by staying up to date on new restaurants and attempting new food trends at home.
